1. Who operates Stable Video
Stable Video is operated by Glayzer LLC. This policy covers the Stable Video iOS app, its connected creation service, and the pages on stablevideo.glayzerstudio.pro. For privacy questions or requests, email fatih.er.er.er@icloud.com.
The app does not ask you to create an account with your name, email address, or password. It uses an anonymous Firebase identity so your library, requests, and balance can remain associated with your installation. Reinstalling the app may not recover that identity or its history automatically.
2. Information used to provide the app
- Media and instructions you choose. Photos, face references, source videos, selected template, ordered input positions, and any custom prompt you submit. Photos may depict you or other people.
- Created media and job history. Generated photos or videos, status, timestamps, template and model identifiers, provider request references, and information needed to retrieve or delete a result.
- Anonymous service identifiers. A Firebase anonymous user ID, app integrity information from Firebase App Check, installation ID, and technical request records used to protect the service.
- Balance and purchase records. Where purchases become available, transaction identifiers and product details needed to verify StoreKit purchases, maintain a balance ledger, and prevent duplicate credit grants. Apple handles payment-card information; Stable Video does not receive your card number.
- Notifications. If you allow them, a device notification token, app language, time zone, and your choices for creation-ready and trend messages.
- Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive the email address, message, and attachments that you choose to send.
Photos used as visual references are processed to make the creation you request. The app does not use them to verify your real-world identity.
3. Cloud processing and recipients
Cloudflare Workers and private R2 storage handle uploads, private results, and delivery. Firebase provides anonymous authentication, app integrity checks, Firestore records, and notification delivery. If you request a generation, the selected photos, video, and instruction are sent through our backend to Higgsfield for the model chosen for that template or tool. Model selection may differ between photo edits and video creation.
Apple handles App Store purchases, TestFlight distribution, device permissions, and push delivery. These providers may process data in countries outside yours, under their own terms and retention practices. Deleting a result in Stable Video does not automatically erase copies already processed or retained by an external provider.
Creation and purchases are currently disabled for public use. Browsing a template or viewing a public preview does not submit your personal photos or videos to Higgsfield.
4. Why we process information
We use the information above to show the catalog, prepare and price a requested creation when enabled, process and deliver results, maintain library and balance records, send enabled notifications, protect against abuse, investigate failures, respond to support, and meet applicable legal obligations. Stable Video does not include advertising identifiers, advertising SDKs, or cross-app advertising tracking in the current app.
5. Storage, access, and deletion
Uploaded inputs and generated results are stored in private cloud storage. The app accesses them through limited, signed links. A public template preview is separate from your private media. Only you can request your job and result through the authenticated service; sharing or exporting a result from your device is your choice.
You can delete a completed creation from the app library; this removes its stored result and hides its job from your library. This action does not currently erase every input, related service record, purchase record, or provider copy. The current service has no fixed automatic deletion period for all uploaded inputs and anonymous records. To request access to or deletion of other data associated with your anonymous app identity, contact support. We may need information from the app to verify control of that identity and may need to retain limited transaction or security records where required.
Keep your own copy of anything important. A private library is not a permanent backup, and an anonymous identity may not transfer automatically to a new installation.
6. Your choices and rights
You choose which files to add, whether to submit a generation, whether to export or share a result, and whether to receive notifications. Creation-ready and new-trend messages are separate preferences in the app, and iOS Settings can also disable notifications. You can ask us about access, correction, or deletion of your information by email; rights depend on your location and applicable law.
Only upload photos and videos that you own or have permission to use, especially when they include another person’s face or likeness. If you believe someone has used your likeness without permission, contact support with the relevant details.
7. Visiting this website
These public pages do not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, request times, and technical security information needed to deliver and protect the website. The support link opens your email app; the website does not collect or store the text of an email before you send it.
8. Updates and contact
